Moving to a new city for college usually means days of calling unknown numbers, visiting rooms that look nothing like their photos, and paying a commission for the privilege. Nivara replaces that with a single searchable map of verified homes around every major campus in India.
We list boys and girls PGs, hostels, co-living spaces, shared flats and independent apartments, with the details students actually decide on: rent, deposit, distance from campus, food, and who else lives there.

Every listing is checked for real photos, honest rent and a reachable owner before it goes live.
No hidden fees
The rent and deposit you see on a listing are the numbers you pay. Nothing is added at the door.
Student-led
Built by people who have hunted for rooms with a suitcase in hand, so the flow is made for that day.
Safety by default
Brokers are approved manually, and reports on any listing are reviewed by our team.
How a home gets listed
Owners and brokers apply for a Nivara account. Our team reviews the application, and only approved accounts can publish. Every new listing then goes through an approval queue where we check photos, address and pricing before students can see it.
