Open the listing, choose Book a visit and select a date and time that works for you.

Get confirmation
The owner or broker confirms the slot or proposes another one. You are notified in the app.

Visit and decide
See the room, ask your questions, then close the deal directly with the owner.
Managing your bookings
- All your visits, with their status, live in your student dashboard.
- Cancel any pending or confirmed visit from the dashboard at any time.
- To reschedule, cancel the existing visit and book a new slot on the same listing.
- Please cancel at least 12 hours ahead if plans change, so the owner can free the slot.
What to check during the visit
- Water supply, timings and drinking water arrangement.
- Power backup, internet speed and mobile signal in the room.
- Kitchen and washroom cleanliness, and food quality if meals are included.
- Entry timings, guest rules, laundry and parking.
- Rent, deposit, lock-in period, notice period and refund terms in writing.
