Cookie policy

Last updated 5 August 2026. Nivara uses a small number of cookies and browser storage entries. Here is exactly what they do.

Essential vs optional

Essential entries are required for the site to work — without the session token you cannot stay signed in, save homes or book a visit. Preference, functional and analytics entries make the experience better but can be cleared without breaking the site.

Third parties

Sign-in with Google sets cookies on Google's own domains as part of the authentication flow. Those cookies are governed by Google's privacy policy, not ours. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Managing cookies

Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies and site data from its settings, usually under Privacy. Blocking essential cookies will sign you out and prevent saving homes or booking visits.
